Spring Stir Fry

:: Ingredients ::

1 package Rice Noodles

1 pint Snow Peas

1 bunch Radish Pods

1 head Bok Choy

Microgreens

1-2 tsp Sesame Oil

3 TbspTeriyaki Sauce

1 tsp Chili Paste

3 cloves Garlic, crushed

1/2 tsp Ginger, ground

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Black Pepper to taste

:: Directions ::

​

- Cook noodles according to package directions (rinse after cooking and toss with sesame oil)

- Chop bok choy into small (~1/4") slices

- Sautee choy in pan with olive oil on high heat until tender (approximately 3 minutes)

- Add peas and radish pods, cook an additional 2 minutes at high heat

- Reduce heat, add noodles

- Mix in remaining ingredients

-Serve with microgreens on top

Don't hesitate to improvise and use ingredients you have on hand!
You may adjust any seasonings to taste.
Stir fry can be created with most farm ingredients. Be creative!
