JOIN OUR SMALL BUT MIGHTY TEAM FOR THE 2026 SEASON!

 

We are seeking candidates to work our two farmers' markets for the summer.

 

- Must be available Saturday mornings and Monday evenings

- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a face paced environment

- Experience driving with a small trailer

​

Primary retail responsibilities include:

– Setting up for market (Saturdays 7:00-1:00 and Mondays 2:30-8:30)

– Communicating with customers

– Stocking and maintaining the displays

– Keeping inventory

– Assisting customers at point of sale

 

We are looking for candidates with the following traits:

– Strong work ethic, reliable, and punctual

– Efficient with the ability to multi-task 

– High level of focus and stamina with attention to detail and quality standards

– Excellent listening and communication skills

– Strong interest in small-scale, organic agriculture with an eagerness to learn and grow as a farmer

– Openness to instruction and constructive feedback

– Organization and a sense of initiative

– Works well as a team & stays motivated when working on their own

– Ability to maintain a fast pace both independently and in a team setting

– Positive attitude and a sense of humor

– Physically and emotionally fit for long days of manual labor in all weather conditions

– Must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record and reliable transportation to the farm

The right candidate may have opportunity for additional work on the farm as well.

​

COMPENSATION:

$16-18 depending on experience and job performance.

Employees receive weekly vegetables, eggs, and a 10% on meat and other farm store products for personal use.
