Turmeric Salad Dressing

:: Ingredients ::

2 tsp Turmeric

1 Tbsp Garlic

1 Tbsp Ground Mustard

2 Tbsp Honey

1 Tbsp Chia Seed

1/3 c. Apple Cider Vinegar

1/3 c. Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Hemp Powder

1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

Dash of salt

- Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake to combine. It's that easy!

This is our "go-to" dressing on the farm. We use a no fuss method and don't worry much about getting the oil and vinegar to emulsify. Just be sure to shake and drizzle immediately. 

 

We adjust the ingredients based on what we have on hand, but find the nutritional yeast and ground mustard remain as staples. If made in advance, the chia seed helps to thicken the dressing a bit.

Don't hesitate to improvise and use ingredients you have on hand!
You may adjust ingredient amount to desired taste.
For a kick, try adding some red pepper flakes to the dressing.
