Grilled Celtuce
:: Ingredients ::
1 Celtuce per person
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
:: Directions ::
- Peel celtuce lengthwise until translucent green in color (the outer white skin can be quite bitter)
- Slice lengthwise into approximately 1/4 inch slices
- Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any other desired herbs
- Place on preheated grill and cook until tender, approximately 5 minutes each side (we like ours to still have a crunch!)
